Central Tax® Inc. has acquired 51% of Polymic Counseling Services Inc. shares

Repentigny, Québec – September 15, 2008 Central Tax and Polymic Counseling Services, a support counseling and services company of information technology, today announced acquisition of 51% of Polymic Counseling Services shares.

“Central Tax is happy to work with Polymic Counseling Services, in view to enlarge our informatics solutions range, more specifically the level of integrity and safety”, as confirmed Mr. Denis Savard, Central Tax Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. “This acquisition will permit Central Tax to accelerate its platform pace stowage with those of its clients and at the same time, reduce spending on integration”.
