Central Tax Inc. announces the completion of the integration of the E-Payment division acquired from CGI Group.

– Central Tax, announces the completion of the integration of the E-Payment division it acquired from CGI Group on December 10th, 2008. As a result, Central Tax now becomes the official supplier of Quebec Ministry of Finances for the processing of its credit and debit cards transactions generated over the Internet. The transactions originate from over 20 ministries and organizations amongst the Quebec Government.
The new Central Tax E-Payment division, now known as CT-Payment, offers numerous E-Payment solutions and currently processes millions of transactions annually for service companies, retailers, as well as various government agencies.
